The ski equipment drying room is located in Romantik - 1, on the -1 floor.

Equipment rental is available at the Arkhyz Management Company.

• 08:30 – 17:30;
• on evening skiing days: 08:30 – 22:30.

At your service is a storage room, located on the -1 floor of the Romantic 1 reception area. If you need to leave luggage, valuables or documents, please contact the Guest Service. Services are available 24 hours a day.

Early check-in conditions:

• from 00:01 to 06:00 – 100% of the daily rate;
• from 06.01 to 15:00 – 50% of the daily rate.

Late check-out conditions:

• from 12:00 to 18:00 – 50% of the daily rate;
• until 18:00 – 100% of the daily rate.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon the guest’s request and subject to availability of rooms.

There is a free unguarded ground parking lot with a limited number of spaces in front of the hotel.

The guest must contact the reception service at least 24 hours in advance and provide the vehicle details (make and state number) to obtain temporary access to the facility's parking lot.

There is a guarded ground parking lot for guests' personal vehicles on the territory of the Arkhyz Management Company; this parking lot is paid.

• To check into the hotel, passports are required for all guests over 14 years of age;
• To check into the hotel for persons under 14 years of age, a birth certificate is required;
• For children under 18 years of age without parental accompaniment, parental consent is required for the child to stay accompanied by a third party;
• For foreign citizens, the following documents are required, valid at the time of check-in: foreign citizen's passport, migration card, visa (for visa countries).

• Routine cleaning of the room is performed during the day from 09:00 to 18:00.
• Wet cleaning with change of towels* Daily from 12.00 to 17.00
• Change of bed linen Room cleaning once every 2 days.

*If you agree to use the towel for another day, please leave it on the hanger. If not, leave the towel on the floor, we will be happy to replace it.

Possible for cats and dogs up to 5 kg, with veterinary documents.

Additional fee for accommodation with animals: 5000 rubles for the entire stay

What else is important to know for checking in with a pet:

• Accommodation with one pet is allowed;
• To accommodate with pets, you must have and be ready to present a passport of the established form, a current certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations.

• Children from 0 to 5 years old (inclusive) free of charge;
• Children from 6 to 11 years old (inclusive) - 1,250 rubles per day;
• Children from 12 years old and older - 2,500 rubles per day;
• Adult - 2,500 rubles per day.
